Onkyo Japan seems isn’t want to be left with the WiMax-ready netbook market as they will launch the 10.1-inch (1,024×600) Sotec C204A5 in Japan from early next month onwards. Coming with the WiMax connectivity just like the Toshiba Dynabook SS RX2/WAJ, the Sotec C204A5 are configurable with Intel’s Atom N270 (1.60GHz) prcessor, Intel 945GSE Express Chipset, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of Soild-State Drive. Otherwise, you’ll get three USB 2.0 ports, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 4-in-1 memory card reader for connectivity options, including 3-megapixel CMOS Webcam for video chat.

Acer has begun to sell its much loved Aspire One D250 in Japan and give an option to the customers to choose an either Atom N270 or N280 CPU. At a starting price of €381, the Aspire One D250 also comes with a 1GB of RAM, a 160GB of HDD, Intel 945GSE chipset, Bluetooth, 10.1-inch LCD display at 1024×600 resolution, and pre-installed with Windows XP Home.

Samsung has just revealed the specs of its second 10-inch N110 netbook that is said will be available through Amazon and other online retail stores starting in April with a price tag of $470. Being a successor of the NC10, the N110 does expanded the touchpad and the hardware parts with a higher capacity six-cell 5900 mAH battery that offers 7 hours of battery usage. Under the hood, you’ll found a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, 160GB 5,400 rpm hard drive, and Windows XP Home Service Pack 3. It also sports 802.11b/g wireless, and Bluetooth 2.0.

The new MSI’s Wind U123 is an update version of the Wind U120 that is claim will be more powerful netbook than its predecessor. This 10.2 netbook features an Intel’s N280 Atom CPU, up to 2GB of RAM, either a 6 or 9 cell battery, and your choice of black, white, blue and red colors. No idea on pricing, but we have an idea that the Wind U123 will be available from this April.

While LG have its 3G HSPA-ready X120 netbook , Asus also showing off its Eee PC 1000HG netbook that support both WiMAX and Wi-Fi connectivity during 2009 MWC in Barcelona, Spain. Features include a 10-inch LED-backlit LCD display, 160GB HDD, IEEE 802.16e, WAVE2 and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n at 2.4GHz~2.7GHz as well as 5.1GHz~5.8GHz bands. Along with the Eee PC 1000H, Asus also showcased couple Eee PC 1003HA and Eee PC T91. Both of netbook comes include Huawei’s EM770 3.5G modules that has specially designed for Windows 7 OS.
