Motorola Intros Endeavor HX1 Bluetooth Headset

Motorola officially introduced the Endeavor HX1, a new Bluetooth headset which claimed as the company’s first headset that incorporating Motorola’s CrystalTalk noise cancellation technology with a stealth mode that enables users to hear and to be heard even when in noisy environments. It seems that this mode, when activated, allows only for the user’s voice to be heard, while other noises are reduced. According to Motorola, the bone conduction technology used for the Endeavor HX1 is similar to that used by special military forces. Whether you are driving in a convertible, attending a concert or standing on a busy street, Motorola Endeavor allows you to hear and be heard. It’s compatible with Bluetooth 2.1 and offers up to seven hours of talk-time. No ida on pricing, but the Endeavor HX1 will be available from July in Asia, followed by other markets later this year.

IAC Prodigy e-Book Reader

At the Computex 2009 event in Taiwan, IAC has showcase its Prodigy e-book reader, that features a 6-inch 800×600 e-ink touchscreen, and an integrated HSPA/WCDMA 3.5G, CDMA EV-DO Rev.A, WiFi and WiMax connectivity. Under the hood, you’ll found a Marvell PXA310 processor, 128MB RAM, 256MB flash memory and 2GB NAND storage capacity. No idea on pricing, but the Prodigy will be available in Taiwan on quater-four of 2009.

It contains of 128 language with authentic native-speaker voice and TTS (Text-To-Speech) support. Other features include DaVinci chip to support variety of video files without encoding, a 8GB of internal memory, a 4.3-inch WQVGA wide touch screen and sliding-n-tilt design. The Sharp RD-PM10 is available at suggested price of 360,000(KRW).

Panasonic is at it again, this time with a 1Seg Waterproof portable TV device known as the SV-ME850V. Features include a 5-inch QVGA screen, SD/SDHC card slot (up to 32GB supported), integrated AM/FM radio tuner, and can playback WMA, MP3 and AAC Audio files. Reportedly, Panasonic does improved the contrast ratio on the SV-ME850V and it can record up to 11 hours of TV into an SDHC card and can used as a digital photo frame. The battery offers 11 hours of battery life in TV Mode. No idea on pricing, but the will be available in silver and black colors.

Sony have came up with its latest geo-tagging add-on that will compatible with both Cyber-shot point-and-shot camera and camcoder line up, called GPS-CS3KA. Powered by a single AA battery (provides up to 15 hours of operation), the GPS-CS3KA allow users to add geographical coordinates to the metadata for each picture or video and accepts both MS and SD memory cards. The GPS-CS3KA is currently available for pre-order at Amazon for $150.

The new AME-105 spy camera from AmexAlpha looks quite interesting as it act as an ID card but has a built-in 4GB of internal memory and a 1.3-megapixel CMOS image sensor that can record a 352 x 288-pixel resolution video at 15frame-per-second in H.263 AVI format. With an ability to record up to 2 hours in a single stretch, of course, the card can also be used for genuine security purposes to record certain activities such as entry points to an event, car parks, etc. At ¥13,800, the AME-105 can be yours.
