The Duros 8404 is a rugged tablet PC which powered by Atom processor and has designed to meet the IP-65 standard protection level for dust and water ingress and tested to MIL STD 810F for vibration, functional shock, high and low temperatures and drops. The Duros 8404 are configurable with Intel’s Celeron M 1Ghz or Atom 1GHz processor, up to 1GB RAM, a maximum 120GB hard drive or 64GB SSD. As for display, you will get a 8.4-inch sunlight viewable touchscreen with 800×600-pixel resolution, while WiFi 802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR. Coming with a 22-inch WXGA resolution display, the Averatec D1005 sports an Intel’s Core 2 Duo E5200 2.5GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, 320GB SATA hard drive, Slot-loading DVD burner, and X4500HD graphics Chipset. There also Wi-Fi and Gigabit Ethernet for connectivity options, including a 2-megapixel webcam for video chat and pre-installed with Windows Vista Home Premium Operating System. The former features a full HD resolution display, blu-ray drive, 1TB of HDD, GeForce 9400, while the latter have only 500GB of HDD, a DVD super-multi buerner, and the display boasts a resolution of 1440 x 900 . Both of models features a Digital TV Tuner, a Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHz processor, and 4GB of RAM. The VN790/TG and the VN570/TG will be priced at 235,000 Yen and 170,000 Yen, respectively.
