The Ovation MC995D is a USB HSPA modem that integrated A-GPS receiver from Novatel Wireless. In theory, the device lets you to get up to 7.2 Mbps of download and 5.76 Mbps upload speeds at maximum performance. The Ovation MC995D is optimized for Europe and it also can runs on EDGE and GPRS network. As for navigation, you must have a GPS navigation software, so it can work on your PC / Laptop.The MC995D also compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux platform and will include a microSD memory card slot (max. 32GB). No idea on pricing, but the MC995D will be available from Q2 of 2009.
