Word on street has it that RIM will replace its BlackBerry Curve with the Gemini 9300, that features a larger screen than the Curve 8900, Quad-band GMS/GPRS/EDGE as well as tri-band UMTS/HSDP connectivity, and integrated 3.2 megapixel camera module. In addition, the Gemini 9300 seems could be the 3G version of the BlackBerry Curve.
